Jumpstart June
Yesterday was okay for me. I had a few extra carbs, but otherwise was okay.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
breakfast at work...don't know what they're bringing
leftover casserole or soup for lunch
chicken cordon bleu for dinner...ended up having baked tilapia yesterday

I still have to learn to deal with that dang thing. My plan today is, of course, like yesterday.
Protein shake before work
2 protein waffle with cinnamon/splenda and FF cream cheese (skipped those yesterday).
sandwich with SF bread, ham slices, tomatoes, pickles and spinach with FF mayo and mustard
strawberries with splenda
dinner will be my spaghetti with mushrooms and zucchini and might put in some ground turkey.
I bought the Wii Active yesterday and i'm going to get it all set up tonight. It looks like quite a workout so I have to get my arse moving..

Today's plan, and I use that term loosely.
Breakfast: Turkey sausage and cheese with one slice whole wheat bread
Lunch: Salad with meat and cheese cubes (unless they have something more appealing for the special today)
Dinner: Whatever is being served at orientation tonight
Vitamins in, 16 ozs water in, 32 more staring at me + 16 oz bottle of Gold Peak Tea. (These people don't believe in fresh brewed tea or something?!!! )

The band forced me to remain on track last night at the banquet. I wasn not able to eat anything other than the salad. For once, I can say that I was frustrated because I really wanted enjoy myself a little bit. I am down another pound today. I don't have a plan today other than to try to make sure that I eat green leafy veggies and get my walking in.

I've been doing well with tracking my food intake and activity. I really need to make more of an effort to get more water in. Today was a bad water day. As a matter of fact, I need to go get myself a bottle, RIGHT NOW. I did manage to go to the gym, so that's good. I also took all my vitamins. I've also been doing a good job w/ getting on OH daily and posting some. So far...June is looking good.
Need to work on:
Drinking more water
Eating slower & chewing more
