Hey...where has everyone been this weekend? Thanks to all who jumped on board...Maybe everyone will be back today.
I ate more at lunch yesterday than I should have, but did have baked chicken protein and a few bites of salad. Corn casserole was great and I ate some a few hrs. later, plus had a piece of cheesecake.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
leftover Mexican casserole for lunch
Chicken Cordon Bleu for dinner with a veggie
What's your plan? How are you doing?

I did well most of the weekend. I did have a coule of bites of lemon pound cake and a few chips. My plan for today is:
B-Coffee
L-philly steak meat and cheese with grilled onions and peppers
D-I am not sure what's on the menu at the awards banquet but I plan on staying on track. I am sure there will be salad and hopefully the meat will not be in any gravy or bbq sauce.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
Haven't been tracking my food, so I'm not sure where I'm sitting cal wise, but I have been getting to the gym regularly so I'm hitting some of my goals. I don't officially weigh in till next week, but I'm afraid I'm going to be up this month. I've managed to lose 7 of the 10 I put on a couple of weeks ago, but there are 3 stubborn lbs that just like me too much.
Hopefully I can evict them before next week.

Vits in, Walk in, Protein going in now, posting and, drum roll please.... weighed 158!! Plus, I bought a new outfit for the party and it was a size 8!!!! I can't believe that less then 11 months ago I was wearing a 30 top and 26 pant and now a size 8. This is truly a miracle. Anyone that doesn't believe that is crazy. I just can't explain the way I feel.
Make it happen, use your tool to the fullest, become truly happy, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
Have a splendid MONDAY!
Ok, true confession time...my weekend food choices sucked big time!! I ate WAY too many chick-o-sticks and frozen milky ways...anyway plan is to do better today. Got to go, Hailey just called, flat tire, doesn't know how to change it...better go rescue her.
Edit: back from the tire fiasco. It wasn't just a flat tire, she managed to put a HUGE hole in her tire. She hit the cement curb at the gas pump. We couldn't get the lug nuts to move for anything. So some sweet 18 year old that just happened to work for discount tire came to our rescue. Also an older man stopped and helped too. We played the part of damsels in distress to the fullest cuz we didn't have a clue how to change a stupid tire.
Anyway, back to the food confession. I was SO bad over the weekend that I refused to weigh this morning. Just cooked a medium rare roast beef so I'll have solid protein to munch on all week. I also need to make up some protein drinks for the freezer. I didn't take my vitamins at all this weekend, so I'm off to fill my pill case up for the week.
