I Bit the Bullet..............Some assembly required...

Well - I did it -  I went out on a limb this morning and bought the Gold's Gym STationary Bike at Walmart this morning............with the intentions of ACTUALLY USING IT ....

I"ve got to do something to break this mindless and constant eating....................or wanting to eat it.


Okay -  SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED..............NOT       SOME...............................

ALL OF IT - MY BROTHER SAID !!  LOL

But I bought him a good breakfast this morning and so he's good !!

But those handlebars are so convenient for hanging clothes on.

Actually - there really isn't any handle bars...............other than on the sides of the seat...........too low to fit clothes on them............but as short as I am...............hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm???

$$ yeah - but  $237 for the bike at home to do as much as I want too...............or

join 24 hr fitness on a special when I can catch it again.......1 yr -  $199...........+ tax too.........not much different and I don't have to get dressed....................or some yes............sbut I can do it w/house shoes on !!  lol

Just because you're exercising at home, doesn't mean you should neglect the footwear. You should still wear good trainers on your feet and not house shoes as it will impact the use in the muscles of your legs. Believe it or not, your shoes are equipment, too.

I have one of them... and now i can use it again now that I have it moved.  and YES it was FULL assembly required lol

Gym membership to 24 hr.... IF you have a Costco membership (or know someone that does) you can get TWO years for $299.99 to MOST clubs.  go to
www.costco.com search "24hr fitness" and see the limitations.
