Dana, I SOOO agree! I am back on this site to hopefully get the 33 pounds off that I regained.  But the really good thing is that I am back and that this site is here for all of us.  Good to talk to you again.  It has been 2 years since I ahve been on site.

I know it sounds silly but I keep a bag of carrots and radishes clean and ready to eat in my fridge for "crunchy snacks".  I also always have SF popsicles and low fat fudgesicles on hand for sweet attacks.

You ARE normal... we just deal with it differently by grabing the food.  Drink some water!  Good luck.
