My plan for today:
lots of liquidsb
at least 2 protein drinks
baked chicken, corn casserole, salad, potatoes for lunch
mexican casserole for dinner
Fruit for snack

Loaded up on some groceries with the intent of cutting out alot more fat, sugar and calories.. Seems I just focus on protein and not paying attention to much else.
I do need to get back to exercise but .. well, no excuses. I found a new Wii exercise program that is like a Wii Fit but doesn't cost nearly as much. But I haven't heard a lot of reviews about it. it's called Wii Active and it has some bands and stuff included and is only like $50 instead of the $179 for the Wii fit. it looks really effect IF it's turned on and used.. can I make it MY Passion??? lol

I haven't been as diligent about June Jumpstart as I was for March, April and May .... life gets in the way!
The weekend wasn't too bad - although I did just have a SF Ice Cream sandwich for dinner. LOL
Scale this morning shows 1.2 pounds to the goal weight my surgeon set for me. Since I don't have a scale here in PA I can only hope when I weigh Saturday morning I can post a GOAL post!
Gonna have to roll with the punches this week as it is shaping up to be a crazy one.
Tomorrow is Day 8 of Chantix and supposedly the date I'll just be able to not even think about smoking. We'll see. I'm going to go to bed with that attitude and hope it is still intact in the AM.
