Jumpstart June

Looks like everyone did well jumpstartin' June while I was gone.  Thanks for getting it started yesterday Danni.  I didn't have time to look back at Thursday.

Well, going to Aggieland did me some good...I walked so much i lost 2 lbs.

Here's my plan for today, which isn't necessarily a good one, but it's what it is:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
breakfast at my sister's w/ family
unsure for lunch
Wetdeck for dinner w/ sister and family, which will probably not be overly nutritional...will try to get in some good protein.

What's your plan?

scale is up but calander say TOM this weekend or monday so not stressing over that esp since I got back to the bottom of my range last week

todays plans are sketchy at best -
peice of bbq pork and cheese
latte (right NOW)
ummm
after that left over pizza maybe but probrably not - maybe more bbq pork with queso and corn tortillas -


ok can you tell I have NO menu plans LOL
hopefully I will spend a large part of the day in the pool at Debs so at least I will get some sun and exersize in

Hello Karla & TMB!

My oldest son is home and we are grilling today along with the carb overloaded sides (baked beans, mac/cheese, dirty rice).  I will only have a teaspoon of the carb sides.  I will make green salad for me to have as my main side.  I am just 4 pounds away from where I was at the end of Motivation May.  I should lose these 4 pounds in the next 3-4 days watching my carbs.  I got up this morning and washed the car so that will count for my exercise today.  Have a good day!

What's the plan?


I met up with my gal pal this morning for a nice leisurely 3 mile walk.  I was hoping to get my heart rate up, but it just didn't happen.  My friend just wasn't feeling up to it.  For today, I have house cleaning on my mind.  Need to vacuum, put away the towels and clean the bathrooms.  (Does this count as exercise?  It should...)

Had some turkey deli slices for breakfast w/ some cheese and a hard boiled egg white.  I did have a 1/4 cup of strawberries prepped, but my 3 year old at them.  -- I have plans for some chicken breast for lunch and some veggies.  -- No idea what's for dinner.

Trying to get in my protien and remember to post here daily. With college starting this is going to be the hardest task. I did get in all vitamins today and still sipping away trying to meet the water quota..  ha-ha.


151lbs lost since surgery.  36lbs pre-surgery !
Total today is = 187lbs lost !!!
