june jumpstart - tgif
Morning sweet girl~
This week has been pretty good; not sure my total lost yet, on Weds it was 2 pounds, I 'll take that than if the "weight angels" want to bless me with some more, this gal will take it...LOL
Just got up about 30 mins ago, was woken with a horrible charlie horse up under my shin bone; had to take a muscle relaxer to help tone it done; but now I have a nice blue bruise~grrrrr
Today I am going to the hospital to see my friend Kay and her family, then clean around my house and get things ready for my parents to come into town on Tuesday~
My Plan for today...very simple
Coffee x2
B~Strawberry Banana (fresh) blended with my strawberry protein drink
L~Vanilla Protein drink with my left over coffee served over soni****
D~Friday night~out with the group of friends so not sure where we are heading
S~cheese sticks, fresh veggies, fresh fruits...water lots of water...LOL

I am doing well right now. I am almost back to where I was prior to the "carb overload." At this rate, I should be back to where I was at the end of May by Tuesday. I am a work in progress...

I think I had a pretty good week. I really tried to stick to my meal plans. I took my vitamins and tried to get my water in everyday this week.
I've been battling w/ emotional eating and it's been a struggle. I've been stressed financially and it triggers my mind hunger BIG TIME.
Other than that, I think I did pretty well. I even managed to go to the gym four times this week. Over all, I think my actions are in-line w/ my goals for June - mind you, that's for this week.
Can you believe June is almost half way gone? Wow, the older I get, the faster time goes by.
