june jumpstart - tgif

so how did you do this week? I checked my little  pill boxes and I missed ONE dose of vits all week long - not to bad for me

todays plan includes
french toast and eggs
shake
sandwich eith either egg salad or tuna salad for lunch
popcorn for snack
pizza for dinner and
homemade ice cream

don't bash I NEED to be honest on here guys :)
I will also try to hit the gym today - using the one at the college and not sure since classes are m-th right now if it will be open if not then I will either take a long walk or a long bike ride or both LOL

soooo what are YOUR plans for today? food exersize and vits will keep us all healthy

Did great this week. Believe it or not total of 8 lbs lost for the week. Nothing more than making right food choices and exercising. Was good yesterday except for a 1/2 pbj on lite 40 calorie bread. I think a lot of it is water weight, I have been sweating like a  ***** in church this week, lol.

Plans are to stick to my plan, get my 1 to 2 miles in this afternoon.

Congrats on those 8 pounds...awesome way to work your TOOL!

I still eat 1/2 a PBJ about once month~but I'm a pb junkie....really it is a deal breaker for me...LOL

Once a month? Sheesh, I would be having withdrawals. If I can keep it to once a week I will be doing good! lol

Happy Friday to all.   
Vits in, walk in, protein going in now and posting. 

Very good week, got everything done that needed to be done.  My only concern is that I haven't lost a pound since I started walking.  Not sure if I get enough Calories in.  Trying to bump it up but having a hard time easting much lately.  Oh well, I feel great. 

Have a wonderful day and plan something fun this weekend!!!!

Hey Holly, did you just start walking and noticed the weight stop? Well, your body is adjusting to the exercise. So, if you have been eating right all along, and now you throw exercise into the mixe, your body is like WHOA! Also, your changing some of your body into muscle. I bet if at the end of a week you were to take your measurements after walking, even though no weight loss, I bet you would loose some inches.

No, my weight pretty much has stopped.  About once a month, for 3 or 4 days, I will lose a pound a day and then it stays that way.  I just started walking last Friday, when school got out.  Have walked 2 miles every day.  And I didn't take any measurements, dumb me.  I will take some tomorrow morning and see what next week brings.

Well Holly, sometimes our bodies get to a point and say, NO MORE! lol I think your doing great with the overall weight loss.
