Jumpstart June

Karla said she might not be able to start post, so thought I would.

Vits, walked, protein and post. 

Did really good yesterday and redecorated my bedroom, cleaned almost all the carpets downstairs and just need to finish the living room today.

Remember, Thursday's almost there!!!!!!!!

Good Morning TMB!

I have been making the proper food choices and getting my power walks in.  Beginning this week, I am walking  2 or 2 1/2 miles at least 4-5 days out of the week.  I will increase my distance as I get back into the groove of things. I will weigh in on Tuesday of next week to see what I weigh because I gained over the Memorial Day holiday and carried over into June as well.  Hopefully it will be close to what I weighed prior to my carb overload.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Well did really well yesterday with exercise and all. Did not get in my protein drink but will today? I also ate a slice of pizza for lunch (I no not good) but today is a new day so I will do better today.

Plan for today:

Walk at least 2 miles
Water, water, water
Protein
gonna go take vitamins right now

Yesterday ended up better than I expected since I went into the day with no plan in place!  Ended up *gasp* even exercising!

Today:
Breakfast: Jiff PB single serve on graham cracker (one flat piece, 8 little rectangles, however you'd want to describe it).

Lunch:  Ham and cheese on a single piece of Pepperidge Farm thin multi-grain

Dinner:  No particular plan

Snacks:  Cheese and Dr. Kracker crackers, SF Pudding or SF Ice Cream

Probably hit the fitness center at the apt. complex tonight since I checked it out last night and found it to be quite nice!

Stuck to plan again. Walked two miles. Lost another 1/2 lb.

Today I have stuck with my plan, was out in the car all day and didnt get to eat my lunch I had brought. I did good, stopped at Hooter, imagine that, and got me a grilled chicken salad. I even picked the croutons off.

I did not post this morning - had zero plans in my head - I wrote the whole week out sunday but if I don't stop and look at it and type it out each morning I forget it - I know bad Danni

did not do too bad - ate ok not great - took out a lot of stress in the weight room at the gym at school today so if I don't get on  here tomorrow it's b/c my arms are too sore to lift as high as the keyboard but it beat squaking at the kids or eating - shrug
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

I did manage to stick to my FOOD/MEAL plan today.  I'm having major issues with mind hunger, especially in the evening.  Not sure what to do?   --- I'm completely open to suggestions, if you guys have any.

I took all my vitamins and I'm still trying to get my water in.  Didn't make it to my support group meeting, but did spend 30 minutes on the treadmill.  Tired interval walking today....not easy, but I like it.
