No plan for the day ... not a good sign.
Stuck to food plan yesterday, so it was a good day.
I can't decide if I love or hate not having a scale with me. There's not the disappointment of seeing no change, but then there's the surprise (hopefully) of Saturday morning weigh in to see how the week went. Crazy, right?

Horrible day at work so grabbed what I could find to eat including a bag of chips. Overall not too bad of a day. In total I had; Breakfast-small Western bagel with peanut butter, lunch-4 oz steak, 1/3 cup baked beans, 6 radishes, dinner- 1/2 beef fajita quesadilla. Snacks: bag of chips, fresh strawberries/pineapple, low fat trash mix.

I had a decent day. Stuck to my meal plan for the day and even managed to go to the gym. Stressed about finances, so I constantly think I want to eat. Mind hunger, I guess. I always tend to want to eat when I'm worried about something. I believe I have a food curs.
B'fast - turkey, cheese, hard boiled egg white, a few almonds & a small banana
Lunch - turkey, cheese, hard boiled egg white a few almonds & 2 strawberries
Dinner - 1/2 chicken breast, asparagus, 1/2 cup of cherries
I'm working on getting my water in and took all my vitamins.
Over all, I think I had an "ok" day , I guess.
