Jumpstart June
Here we are...1/3 of the way through June. Have you made any progress so far? You still have time!
I did fine yesterday. 2 protein drinks, lots of liquids, vits/supplements down, chicken salad blob for lunch w/ a few chips and 1/4 c peach cobbler. for dinner I had some enchilada casserole loaded w/ protein, then some fruit w/ lf fruit dip.
Today's plan:
at least 2 protein drinks
lots of liquids
haven't got lunch or dinner planned because we'll be on the road

Great day yesterday. Stuck to plan. Walked 1 mile, cut short by an unhappy baby, lol.
This mornign I got up and walked about a mile and just got through eating 2 scrambled eggs. Fixing to hop in the shower running late.
Weighed this morning, down 2 more lbs to 299.
