She's alive!!  Karen, we've been so worried about you.  We were talking about you at Loralea's cuz no one had heard from you.  Glad to hear you're safe and sound.  Sorry to hear about the CPS crap, prayers will continue.

Good morning TMB!!

My woo hoo this morning is that last night my hubby joined the Praise and Worship team at church and is now playing drums with us on Wednesday nights.  In almost 18 years of marriage this is the first time we've played together. It's really cool.  The drumset is to the left of the keyboard so we are next to each other on the platform.  I really wasn't sure how it was going to go as I've never heard him play till last night.  He's really good!!  This is going to be a blast. 

I did better yesterday with my snacking.  Only had 2 bags of chips vs 4 bags the previous day.  I count that as a success.  By the end of the week I hope to be free of snacking on chips...or at least not snacking on them as often.  I know it's going to take time to get thru this emotional bump.  But, I will make it!!

Woohoo Wednesday.  Let's see, I survived Britt's graduation.  I did end up with a bad headache yesterday and had to go home but that was because of a coworkers perfume.  I went to my boss and we had a group meeting to discuss respecting each other and not wearing it.  We'll see how effective that was.  Hopefully the fact that I had to leave because of it was a big enough message to her.  She's one of those that you smell her before you see or hear her enter the room. 

Hope to see a bunch of you at the support group meeting tonight in McKinney.  Saying prayers for all of you, especially Lynnette and her mom.  Have a great day everyone.

Annette, I feel your pain.  I'm allergic to anything from Victoria's Secret or Bath and Body works.  It must be something they put in their lotions and colognes. We have discussed this NUMEROUS times at work and people just don't seem to care that it causes me to be in acute distress.  We even have a written policy that forbides wearing perfume at work and peole still wear it.  I wish you luck and better results than I've had.

Good morning Train Riders, or at least it will be after some caffeine!  My woohoo is that I've gone to the gym 4 days in a row, even this morning when all I wanted to do was sleep.  It didn't wake me up today, but I did 30 min on the treadmill so at least I got my activity done.

Ok weirdness at the apartment this morning.  When I went down to walk the dogs I noticed that one of my neighbors had plastic forks stuck all around the outside of his door, between the door and door jam.  Very odd, by the time I left for work they were all laying on the ground, so I'm thinking someone pulled an odd prank on him.  Also, I scared myself this morning briefly.  I went to put on my black pants and couldn't get them up over my hips or even close to closing.  I weighed this morning so I knew I hadn't put on 30 lbs over night, and thought maybe somehow I'd ruined them in wash.  Nope, turns out I grabbed Jeff's pants instead of mine!  LOL, oops, but the upside is I nearly got his pants on!!  LOL

I'll be calling my RNY surgeon today to set up an appointment for him to look at my new hernia and see if it needs to be fixed before we have a kid or if it can wait till after.  I'm hoping for after, but will go with what he says.  Hoping to stay pretty busy at work today to keep me awake, and looking forward to the meeting tonight!

lol D ebbie i Did That At Ll's HTis Weekend.  We Both HavE The same pair Of grey yoga pants, Only Hers Are a size 4 !!!. I Couldnt get them oVer My Hips And panicked !!!!. Then Looked At The Size and realized they Were HErs !  No way in This century Will i get my Big rear in a Size 4 lol.   Guess I Need To be more careful WHen DOin Laundry OVer there lol

Wow, what a week!  VBS is awesome, and a fantastic opportunity to reach kids.  I am exhausted, and it's barely day 3.  I am still up and running, which is my woohoo this week.  I spent last week getting ready, and now this week is a beating every day, physically.  I can still get up and move, and keep moving allllllllllllllllll day, so I count myself blessed.
