Sue, the 5 day pouch test helps you to get the carbs out of your life and retrain your pouch. Go to www.5dpt.com and it explains the rules and how to do it. A lot of people have used it with great success. It helps to tighten up the pouch so you feel restriction again. We also have a daily thread called "Jumpstart June" where you can post goals and what you are doing to accomplish them everyday. That really helps with the accountability part.
I'm so sorry that you've had this regain but yet very proud of you for recoginizing the need to take back the control. We're here for you, so hang in there and let us know what else we can do to help you.
