Jumpstart June
Are you still jumpstartin' your June?
I went a little bonkers yesterday eating...it was one of those days...not sure if it was hormones or head hunger. I ate 3 100 calorie packs at work and some Ritz crackers, then had 2 tortillas later after supper. Everything else was as planned. I need to quelch the carb monster. Maybe he'll leave me alone today.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks...already working on #1
unsure for lunch...going to lunch w/ co-workers...will eat protein
something w/ ground chuck for dinner
What's your plan.
Danni...way to go in such a trying time for you...maybe when Tim sees you you'll be in onederland!

I need to make me a protein shake this morning, lately the sweet taste just isn't what I want so early. I have a crustless quiche at work that I may just have and wait til later for a shake or protein in my coffee. Lunch is chicken salad, and fresh tomatoes and cucumbers in light Italian Dressing. I've got grapes and pineapple to snack on. I bought some wheat pretzels the other day, might have to ditch those because they are sure calling my name.

I did okay yesterday. Somehow managed to stick to my meal plan. -- I have to say, that I'm an evening eater. Kept wanting to snack on EVERYTHING last night.
Today's plan is simple:
- Exercise
- Plan meals
- Laundry
Overall, I think I'm still on my "Jumpstart June" master plan.

I have to confess that I gave in to the Starbucks monster yesterday. Instead of eating my apple, peaches, and a carrot muffin I got a Skinny Iced Latte. Yes I know, giving up good nutrients for liquid calories is not a great choice. So, I'm back on the Just Say NO to Starbucks campaign today.
I've got my breakfast, lunch and snacks packed, good mix of protein and fruit/veggie carbs. Tonight dinner will be Rice a Roni Skillet Chili. Jeff has asked for some help making better eating choices too, so I'm going to stock up on lots of good healthy foods (more healthy snack stuff than I've been getting) when I go shopping again.

Started off good. 2 fried eggs in some pam. Just got through eating a half an orange for a snack. Fruit really helps keep the edge off if you ask my opinion. Brought me some chicken and fresh baby spinach for a salad for lunch. Plan on doing some ground turkey for dinner.
I would like to help you but you cant fix stupid.
Jumping on today's wagon. Missed the last several days.
Today's meals:
Breakfast - PURE Protein Chocolate Chip Bar
Lunch - Turkey & Cheese Rollup and Ham & Cheese Rollup
Snack - SF Pudding and Natural Whole Almonds
Dinner - Deviled Eggs and cheese and a couple of crackers
Liquids - 16 oz decaf tea; 32 oz water already in; will get rest before bedtime
Vitamins all in this AM before work. Day two of Chantix to work on the quit smoking goal I haven't been able to achieve the two prior months.
Exercise - stairs, stairs and more stairs. My apartment here in PA is a 2nd floor apt and this office building is old and it's the stairs or go around the world to an elevator - stairs are good!
