I have no idea why I'm awake, I went to bed at 11 and haven't slept good at all.  To much to do I guess, I'm being pulled in way to many directions and not sure how to accompli**** all. 

So I figured hey "I haven't started the train in a while" let's see if I can still drive it?  So tell me what you have planned for today?  Are you prepared? 

Remember this is a never-ending journey and we've been given a tool to help us....use it, don't expect perfection, progress is good.  Yesterday was a good eating day for me, I'm still surprised how when I'm not hungry physically or mentally how little food it takes to be comforted. 

I haven't said this is a while, many of the old timers remember the motto when the train started:  Vitamins, Water, Protein First, Get Moving, No Excuses, Choose Your Attitude, Be Accountable to Yourself, No Matter What!

   hey girl,
been up for hours.. when my nyquil wore off! Went to the walk in place last nite. TOTAL waste of time. I was po'd.  Told me yes you are really really sick and your ear is just bulgin w fluid, but its only been 3 days and we like to wait until 7 until we start treatin with meds. 
SERIOUSLY?!?!? Then gimme the copay back!
Ok so i ended up with an antibiotic and nose spray. Fruitcake!!!!! She did say i needed coff meeds with codeine for my coff, but that she doesnt dispense that.  WTF!?!?!?
shoulda just waited until today and saw my PCP here.

That sucks raw eggs, WTF is right.  Why didn't they give you a steriod shot, I heard you on the phone you need something NOW. 

BTW, I'm gonna be mean who in their right mind would come here after the stupid **** that they did to others on this board.  I'd like to put a foot up _____________.  I'm trying not to curse on THIS board.

GOOD MORNING. Thanks Dana for getting us started. I woke at my normal 4 but decided to go back to sleep for 30 minutes. I was just too tired. Now I'm up and freezing! I'm generally cold in the mornings. I had to get up and clean up around the living room and kitchen. One of the good/bad things about having a sitter come every day!
Last night we wanted to walk but didn't want to walk outside (Chris and my allergies) so we went to the Denton Mall. I haven't been there in ages and it didn't take long to get there. There was massive traffic going north into the UNT stadium so we ended up taking 377 home. Its a nice drive. Liz- we saw some houses for you in Argyle- mcmansions, with loads of space for the dogs to run! lol.
I'm going to try to get Chris into the doctor this week because his allergies keep getting worse even with medication. He's coughing alot, very congested.
Yesterday I got to go to the new Cowboys stadium and do a walk through of the area we're having our statewide media awards event on Friday. Its being hosted by the Arlington Mayors Committee for people with disabilities, which I'm a member of. The stadium is pretty cool. Tons of people there cleaning from Sat. The lady said everyone took off Sunday and rested. Friday I'll be there all day and will get a tour as well. So that was fun.

One of the good/bad things about having a sitter come every day!


I'm dealing with the same thing, I'm wondering if it wouldn't of been better for me to pay more and take them somewhere. 

Well, at least things get cleaned regularly. lol. We're paying more for a private sitter than daycare, but then again we just have 1 kiddo, but its worth it. Daycare isn't a good option for him-too loud, too many kids. Today he's taking Chris fishing. They went swimming yesterday. So far so good.

hahahaha thanks for scouting out some areas for me, Im sure B&B would love a McMansion!
