Happy ~ Of course I'm happy, I'm above the dirt and I'm loved by many.
Healthy ~ No co-morbidities.....goodbye high cholesterol, high blood pressure, GERD, joint pain, urinary stress incontinenance.
Hopeful ~ That my tool will always be available and I'll use it properly
Helpful ~ Vitamins are my passion, sharing too
Honest ~ Sometimes to a fault, but it's who I am. You can read me like a book.
Hugable ~ Give me some hugs and let me hug you back. Nothing feels better.

Helpful - I am on the TMB and other boards trying to be helpful to others on their journey.
Healthy - I am SO healthy since I have gotten my weight off. I take my vitamins as I should and get in all my water and protein everyday.
Happy - I am happy with my weight loss even though I never reached my goal. I would be happier to lose some more weight but I am happy where I am and with WHO I am now as a person.
Hugs - I am ALWAYS up to giving out hugs. Hugs feel so good and make a person reguardless of their size feel great.
Honored - I am honored to have been a OH Angel for so many people and helped them in the beginning of their journey to a healthier lifestyle.
