Just picture in your mind when you get up there that your audience is TMBers .. or even just one of your regular support groups (but maybe a bit bigger) .. A little imagery can really help .. Remember, we're all in this together and they will be receptive to what you have to say to help them along in their journey, just like with us ..

(and if the going gets a little rough at any point, just say, "how 'bout dem Bears?"
