Yesterday was an okay eating day...ate popcorn and some other junk last night...had the munchies!
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
leftover beef stroganoff for lunch
something w/ ground chuck for dinner

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
I've planned this week (or at least 3 days) as I'll be out of town on Thursday and back home on Friday. I have a couple of coworkers trying to lose weight and we are doing this together. Now if I can learn to exercise like they are doing.

Just got message from wrong gastro doc( it was left Fri but did not come through my phone till 11 last night! Need to find out what is going on. I refuse to let the partner who called touch me so we will see!

Two good days in a row for me. I'm trying a new workout routine. I'm going to the gym first thing in the am instead of waiting till the end of the day. Hopefully the timing will work out right so I can do this every day. I think if I commit to doing it first thing I'll actually follow through, waiting till the evening leads to too many excuses why I can't/don't want to go work out.
Didn't track food intake yesterday, and know I ate a lot, mostly good stuff. I'm hoping it was just a reaction to the early am workout and as I get used to the new routine it will even out some.
Have my breakfast, lunch and snacks packed and need to refill my vits in my purse. Tonight I'll spend some time reading my Bible, so I should reach all of my goals for today.

On track for a good food day including fruit, lean meats and veggies.
Funny thing is, I forgot how icky you feel when you indulge in bad food....
