How is your June going so far?  We're 8 days in...

Yesterday was an okay eating day...ate popcorn and some other junk last night...had the munchies!

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
leftover beef stroganoff for lunch
something w/ ground chuck for dinner

plans made breakfast almost eaten latte made and lunhc packed

cantolope and cottage cheese
shake
1/2 sand with apples
1/2 sand with carrots
bar
pasta n shrimp
cheder broc soup
shake
cl frozen pop

at least 3 litters liquids

see told you I would get back with it today - LOL I have menus for the full week -detialed for me

weight is back to 213.4 this am,  smack in the middle of my "range" so we will see
adding more control and fruits and veggis in

oh yeah and all vits today - first set in
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

Yesterday actually was pretty good.  I did eat a bite of pipeapple cake at MIL and I got to feeling really bad, had to take a nap when I got home. 

I've planned this week (or at least 3 days) as I'll be out of town on Thursday and back home on Friday.  I have a couple of coworkers trying to lose weight and we are doing this together.  Now if I can learn to exercise like they are doing.

I'm doing well with food... it's the water and vitamins that I need to work on!  Hoping I can keep busy at work this week as we have long hours to work with not much too do!!!  Idle hands are made for snacking!!!!!!

Stll just doing liquids or runny food! I AM getting my fluids but am getting weak sinc I am only getting 400-600 calories a day. may do more shakes today. Getting my protein in due to the shakes and I am taking my vits!  weight stable have not lost anymore in fact gained 1 lb which is fine!

Just got message from wrong gastro doc( it was left Fri but did not come through my phone till 11 last night! Need to find out what is going on. I refuse to let the partner who called touch me so we will see!

Two good days in a row for me.  I'm trying a new workout routine.  I'm going to the gym first thing in the am instead of waiting till the end of the day.  Hopefully the timing will work out right so I can do this every day.  I think if I commit to doing it first thing I'll actually follow through, waiting till the evening leads to too many excuses why I can't/don't want to go work out.

Didn't track food intake yesterday, and know I ate a lot, mostly good stuff.  I'm hoping it was just a reaction to the early am workout and as I get used to the new routine it will even out some. 

Have my breakfast, lunch and snacks packed and need to refill my vits in my purse.  Tonight I'll spend some time reading my Bible, so I should reach all of my goals for today.

Wow, 4 days in a row of walking.  I am very proud of myself.  Have completed 4 out of 5 goals for the day.  That time of the month so probably won't lose any weight this week.  But totally ok with that.

Graduations stuff is over YIPEE!!!. So i'm back on track today. So plenty of liquids today and my vitamins. Gotta get protein shake in today.

I did OK yesterday if you don't count the red velvet cupcake.  Unfortunately my scale DID count it, lol.  Just a tiny increase.  Have a protein drink ready for breakfast and beef fajitas for dinner.  Not sure about in between-I have some pseudo lasagna (heavy on the meat, light on the pasta) ready to eat so I might have that for lunch.

Okay, I'll own it...  Bad food weekend, especially Saturday...  We had a big celebration party for my daughter's graduation which meant lot's of bad food choices around the house.... I ate it....   Then last night, tried our homemade ice cream.  Boy, was I sorry... Went to bed at 8:30 because I was dumping sooooo bad....

Teach me....   :)  Guess I earned it and won't be repeating that again.

Today:
On track for a good food day including fruit, lean meats and veggies.

Funny thing is, I forgot how icky you feel when you indulge in bad food....
