I am about 1/2 way ready for the week.  Pork tenderloin cooked.  Lunch stuff ready including pita bread, pickles, tomatoes, cheese, turkey, and ham.  gonna make some mini quiches for breakfasts for the week.

Vitamins are loaded for the week and water is ready..

So what is you plan to stay on track for the week???

Becky are you making eggfaces little quiches?  I'm working on food for the week also......so far I have the chicken boiled to make chicken salads, yep that's two kinds.  I'm makind Debbi's alvocado and Sam's (from R&R) Curry Chicken Salad.

I'm going to boil some cauliflower and make a cheese sauce in a bit, got cheese, deli ham, pickles and olives, grapes and apples.  I haven't prepared for breakfast so maybe those quiche need to be added to my week also.

Vitamins are on the table, need to prepare my daily doses.

dana,

I am not a recipe person at all. I just throw stuff together.  So I saw a frozen quiche and decided I should make my own.  got some pie crust stuff and will make the minis in cupcake pans.  Just mix up the eggs, cheese and sausage and go from there.  I do a quick bake of the crusts in the oven, then add the quiche mix in each one and bake again for about 30 minutes. I just make bunches cuz once I do it, I don't want to cook again for a week.

Have you ever mashe faux mashed potatoes with the cauliflower?  you just have to boil it a whole bunch, the ma**** like potatoes and it's hard to tell the difference.

I am doing the pork tenderloin because it was on special for .99 cents a pound and that is a steal.  Just put it in one of those cooking bags with seasoning and an hour later, it's done.

so my plan is quiches for breakfast, pita pocket lunches and then some pork tenderloin or chicken for dinner.  I have had a good week with no hunger and i'm hoping it keeps going this week.

Eggface's quiches are made in muffin pans with no crust, very easy to throw together.  I've never done the faux mashed potatoes but that's what I'm doing tonight.  I got a recipe from someone on the main board that is a vegetarian and it looked super delicious.

I love pork loin, might need to buy one of those soon and crock pot it.....so tender and low fat.

Last week I wasn't really hungry either, yesterday I grazed allot and today so far it's been pretty good with a little sweet at lunch at MILs that made me sleep :).

Ok better get cooking so I'll have the week planned.

I've got my vitamins ready through Wednesday (I don't do them for the whole week as the humidity isn't good for the chewables if left out).  I have beef skirt steak marinating for fajita's tomorrow night.  Already have my lunch together for tomorrow and fresh fruit cut and ready for snacks.  I've also taken my second and final round of vitamins for today.  Oh, and protein drink is made and frozen for breakfast tomorrow too.
