I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
I didn't weigh yesterday due to my "brownie rush" on Friday night but weighed this morning and everything is great. I'm smack in the middle of my 5 lb range. Yesterday for the first time I forgot my EXTRA B-12 in the evening so I need to do better. Might start setting a cell phone alarm to remind me.
Plan for today: Hubby will probably cook bacon and eggs for breakie, fruit/cheese for lunch and steak and salad for dinner.

I'm preparing a Curry Chicken Salad today and may be even make Debbi's avocado chicken salad, I have everything except the curry that I forgot to buy yesterday. I think I'm also going to buy some low carb pita or tortilla wraps. I'll also be making cauliflower today with cheese. There's lunch and dinner for a couple of days.
I need to work on my breakfast eating cuz I think that's what got me yesterday.

don't remember a lot of what I've eaten but with sleeping all day it wasn't much and it wasn't good. Had some taco meat and cheese and black olives and some cheese toast. It's too much trouble to eat and keep breathing at the same time when your nose is clogged! lol
Scale is okay at 153. Hope it continues like that.
Plan is to up the protein again and water. Get stuff ready for the week. vitamins going in.

Thanks for starting this Danni...I slept in a little longer than usual and was off schedule this morning. I just now had time to get on here.
Did reallly well w/ eating yesterday. I was too busy to eat very much.
today's plan: on 2nd protein drink and have 40 oz. of liquids down. Have plenty more to drink. Had a biscuit and 2 pieces of bacon for breakfast. Not sure what I'll do for lunch or dinner!
