believe it or not, my bloodwork was faxed to me... no input or direct contact with the dr.  I read from you and others that I needed to get on this.   so I had to really push the dr for a RX.  I just got it.  I have been on them since 5/22.  It is a once a month injection for 10 months.  I hope that is enough.  I love my doc.  I just think this fell thru the cracks with his staff perhaps

One a month isnt' enough right now IMO.  Your numbers are low enough to cause permanent irreversable damage, you should push to have the injections once a week for several months then get retested.  Are you also supplementing with sublingual, like 2000-3000 mcg per day?

I have some sublingual liquid B12 complex...   it states 1 dropper = 1200

should I do it twice a day... in between injections...  The dr did not order any FU lab work.. just said see you in a yr..   I do have my CPE in July... I will get my PCP to test in July to make sure the numbers are up

If it as me I'd do 2 droppers a day, I don't want to experience any B deficiencies so I always er on the "more is better" for me.

I'd definitely suggest a follow up in July when you see your PCP, you want to know how you are doing way before a year.

Good morning.  Had a GREAT time at Loralea's last night even though it took forever to get there.  Betsy, my GPS, took us the LONG way so it was 1 hr and 40 minute drive over there, luckily only one hour getting back.  There was some pretty amazing dancing going on that you'll be sorry you missed. Afterall who here can say they've seen Jenn, Charlene, Tracey and Loralea doing the Hokey-Pokey?  I've got pictures to prove it.  I'll bust out the camera in a few and get 'em loaded.

Once again not much on the agenda for today.  Clay's playing golf so I'll be home alone.  Need to run to Sam's but other than that will probably make it a poolside/sunshine kinda day.

Congrats to all the grads and their parents.  It's a very special time (and the LAST time they'll ever have money again if they're sending their kid to college!!).

Good Morning OH Family!

I hated that I did not get to go to Loralea's last night. Rick's cousin and her crew stopped by in their way to the coast and stayed and stayed and it was too late to drive down by the time they left. Nothing planned today just a Walmart run. Rick woke up with his hip and foot hurting so bet we won't go too far. He's getting old on me! lol Well better hop in the shower. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Congrats to our grads and their momma's! We all know how hard us mom's work to get our children ready for "the real world"

Your loved!

Good afternoon all,
Well, I'm back from Hot Springs.  Had a blast with my BFF and her twin sister.  Nothing major, just hanging out, a few movies, a little tennis, walking, eating, eating some more, rock hunting, swimming, talking and enjoying each others company.  I needed it so badly.   Missed keeping up with everyone here.  Now I'll have to do catch up!
Congratulations to all grads and their parents.  A milestone in their young lives.   Son and DNL are here so I need to go entertain them!  See y'all here tomorrow.

Blessings,
Carol

And here comes the caboose!!!  I guess that's my job on the train, bringing up the rear as usual!

Great time at Loralea and Jon's last night!  Thanks for having the crowd over.  Good food + GREAT friends = good times!!

I met a former colleague for lunch today and we chatted a couple of hours and just caught up on life.  He lives in Seattle but has applied for a job here in Dallas (and has a verbal offer), so hoping all goes well and he can become a neighbor!

We are going out to Texas Motor Speedway for the IRL race tonight.  Hope the weather is as nice tonight as it was last night.

Oops, King just rolled in - guess it's time to get ready to go racin'!

Congratulations to all the graduates and their parents!  HS Graduation is an accomplishment and one to be proud of!
