GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CAN NOT CHANGE; COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS THAT I CAN; AND THE WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE !!!! THIS IS MY DAILY PRAYER.

What a handsome young man! I know what you mean about how fast they grow up. I swear it was just yesterday I was taking my oldest to Kindergarden and this Monday she starts driver's ed! She'll be a Junior in high school for Pete's sake!!! It goes so fast that even the kids can't really take it all in, either.
I've heard the "horror stories" about how checks are written constantly that last year with them having to pay/buy so much stuff. UUUGH. Now THAT I absolutely CAN wait for! Yikes!!!
JILL..yep...I got a thing YESTERDAY about graduation announcements, etc--you need a YEAR's notice cuz they COST so much!!! And then there's SR picyures..$100 for an ad in the yearbook, etc, etc, etc..and prom next year...oh crap..I'm gonna need ANOTHER job...lol
Congrats onn your baby and Driver's Ed--having your kid drive is the BEST..and the worst, cuz of the worry and insurancee...but it's so cool to have a "go-fer" that LOVES doing it!!!

We Can Do Hard Things
It's hard to believe my older two are high school freshmen in the fall. Kaitlyn just turned 14 (May 24th) and Rowan is 12 (January 21st), but they both just finished 8th grade (school got out May 18th).
Just 8 more years and I'm free... cause the "baby" (Aidan) will be in 5th grade this fall.
Counting down to a kid-free house!
