How's your June going?

Yesterday was fine eating wise for me.  I stayed on track.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
pancake/fruit for breakfast (EOY breakfast at school)
protein for lunch...will be back at home
steak for dinner

What's your plan to jumpstart June?

Good Morning Karla & TMB,

I remained on track as well yesterday and I pray I can do the same again today.  Have  a great weekend everyone.

Ok I'm still struggling with water.  I did go buy a case of bottled water yesterday to work on it.  I just haven't done it in so long I'm sure my body will stay in the bathroom trying to get in enough water.  I've never dehydrated since WLS but can tell that I need water; mild headache and bright urine are here.

So today is FOCUS on water day for me.  Foodwise it's been ok, I haven't wanted to graze that's always a plus!   Also need to up protein intake.

LOL re: constant cheese consumption.  Can relate, except mine is peanut butter. :(

Ok, with the start of summer, I need a way to stay on track with my routine.  With not working right now, I worry about doing all the things I need to do.  My goals are as follows:

1.  Walk 2 miles every morning
2.  Take all my vitamins
3.  Take my protein supplement
4.  Get into the 150's
5.  Post on this thread every day

So far this morning, I have completed 4 of 5 goals.  I hope you don't mind me joining in late, but I am so close to goal that I don't want to screw this up.

Thanks for being here!!!

I'ts never TOO late when you keep yourself accountable and on track.... It's only late if you see what you need and don't do it for yourself!  That is one of my juvenile probationers said to another in group this week-- I just paraphrased to "our" situation

Very well put.  I have stayed on track for what, almost 11 months and I don't want to slip just cause I am off for the summer.

Holly, LOOK at that picture!!  Honey you look great.  Keep looking in the mirror and that alone should keep you on track.  Congrats on a super dupper job!!
