Good Morning Sunshine!  Is Liz keeping you awake?

TGIF for sure!  I'm ready for the weekend.  This hasn't been a very good week for me.  I've itched way to much from our camping trip.  Those damn Chiggers got me, this is the first time I've had them.......I'd rather experience labor pains then itch like this.  I'm going to call my PCP today, might have to go in because I don't want to itch all weekend.  I've tried everything I can to make the itching stop from Bleach to Vagisil, from Clear Nail Polish to ChiggerX and Blue Star Ointment.  I'm about to not have any skin left.

Prayers to all in need, even if you haven't asked for them.

I love yall and miss my peeps.

Hey Girl!  Nah, it's not Liz's fault, but that sounds like a good excuse.  I just don't sleep much either.  I went to bed early, hoping to sleep longer, but just woke up even earlier instead.  I sleep like Rip Van Winkle compared to Liz though with my 4-5 hours a night...LOL.  So I'm not complaining.

I grew up with chiggers in a small town south of Houston-had forgotten about them! They do itch! Hope the doc is able to give you something that works!

Good morning.  TGIF...Don't want another week like this one.  It's totally sucked...Ben said "Do it, Do it, Do it, to a boy next to him the last day lunch was served at school and the boy thru food at someone.  Of course, there was lots of others who had already said for him to throw his food, but the only one they heard was my kid.  He never says anything at school and is normally very quiet.  You would know this would be the one time someone would hear him.  He never threw any food.  He was suspended the last 3 days when he has never had to be disciplined in 13 years of school here in Livingston.  They threatened they weren't letting the 3 srs. walk in graduation.  It has been crappy.  They are letting them walk, but said my Ben started the entire huge food fight for saying that.  I don't have a problem w/ him getting disciplined because he should have not said anything or egged it on, but I think what they did was a little ridiculous.  Of course, I can't say a lot, because I work there.  It's been great fun here this week.  I'm glad that part is over.  I spent 2 days crying, even at work, since kids and teachers all talked to me about saying how absurd it was.  At least I had their support.

We have a breakfast for employees this morning, then Ben has to go w/ me to my sp. ed. office for his graduation presentation from them.  He was supposed to go Wed. when they had cake and ice cream, but wasn't allowed on school property.

Coming home after 1/2 and finishing up my food prep for his graduation dinner.

Prayers for Liz new job and all others who need our prayers.

Have a great Friday!

Karla- so sorry about the incident at school. Sorry- I meant to respond yesterday. I hope its all over now. Not too many food fights in the cafeteria at college so hopefully you won't have to worry about that. :)
Have fun today getting everything together so you can rest next week some!

Thanks Alissa...it's much better now.  The principal asked if we were good and I said yes...it's over and tomorrow is graduation, but those couple of days were not good!

Wow Karla, sounds like there are some "issues" with the diciplinarines in Livingston.  I know what the kids did isn't necessary but they are kids and excited that school is almost over.  Sorry you have to deal with this and I'm glad Ben is almost out of there.

The discipline isn't really bad, they were just trying to avoid end of school problems and decided to clamp down...unfortunately, it was Ben they clamped down on...we've survived it and tomorrow he'll be done with LHS!
