Howdy Folks, It has been a while

Good evening to all you fine folks on the TMB. I havent posted in a while although I have snuck a peek every now and then. I hope everyone is great. I am currently 236 pounds. Thant makes me down 234 pounds in less than a year. I have been working extremely hard to change my lifestyle and use this tool what it was meant for, a tool. My daddy always said that if I dont use the tool as it was designed to be used, it wasnt going to work. To me that means change my lifestyle. I have been training extremely hard for a June 28th Triathlon in Pearland, Texas. It is the Y Freedom Tri. I am so excited. I Swim 2-3 times a week, run 2-3 times a week, and ride my bike 2-3 times a week. I up to swimming 800 yards, riding 16-20 miles at a time, and running 4-5 miles a time. Who would a thunk it? Well, justed wanted to pop in. You all take care.
