I am been on a carb overload but have been maintaining my 1200-1400 calorie plan. Drank a lot of water yesterday. Not protein shakes like I said I was gonna do. But gotta do better and will do better after this graduation stuff is over with this weekend. Gonna start off fresh on Monday.

Well I haven't planned but really haven't gone off course to bad (excluding the Almond Joy today, that made me nauseated).  I weighed this morning and I'm down almost 2 lbs from last Monday so I'm working the weight issue in the right direction.

Need to get back to planning my day everyday and getting in water.  My water intake is HORRIBLE and I'd guess IF I drank it I'd see the scale moving.

Hanging in here...

I'm posting to hold myself accountable. I have several goals for this month.  I'm eating what's on my plan, however, its pretty easy because I am sticking to a meal plan for each day-- its repetitive, but at least I know I am getting what my body needs. I haven't had any carbs, except the ones from my protein bar, cheeses, dairy, veggies and fruits.

1) Planning on attending the support group at Tawyna's on Wednesday, June 17th-- OVERCOMING my fear of "rejection".

2) Journaling Daily-- struggling here to do it each day. The past two days I have fallen asleep before I got to do my journaling.

3) Exercising- but NOT beating myself up for not doing 'faster' or using the words, "should've, could've or would've, etc. Be nice to myself for accomplishing what I do each day!! Remember each day that I get up before work instead of sleeping out to work out, I am becoming healthier, I am improving my self-esteem, and I am completing my workouts regardless of the time!

4) Give myself permission not to be "perfect"

5) Log on fitday daily- NO carbs-- DONE for 12 days straight now!!

6) I don't weigh again until June 15-- so my weight ?

I am not sure what my other goals were right now...

But, I know that I had to POST to hold myself accountable and to make myself realize that I am WORTH the time to do this...
