Jumpstart June

Are you jumpstarting your June?

Today was a pretty limited eating day for me.  I had  no appetite due to things going on until evening.  I had 3 protein drinks and lots of liquids, then ate 2 little pieces of chocolate, then some tamales w/ a little chili and cheese, some fruit w/ lf fruit dip and a handful of trail mix.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
they're giving us a luncheon at school...don't know menu
haven't picked out supper yet...better do that!

What's your plan? Everyone seems to be doing really well!

Well, I bottomed out with the carbs yesterday.  I did not eat large portions of what I ate, it was just completel CARB HEAVY.   I had butter beans, corn, cornbread and for dessert rainbow sherbet.  I must do better today. I had a plan yesterday and did not follow through.  So, today, I won't make one and see if that works for me.  Have a great day everyone.

Present and accounted for.

Haven't thought about meals today as it's a travel day so I didn't really pack anything perishable.  Most likely:

Breakfast:  Pure Protein Bar
Snack if needed:  Peanut Butter and Graham Crackers
Lunch:  Chicken Salad from cafeteria at the office
Dinner:  Whatever they serve on the plane or I'll pick up something at the airport

First bottle of water down, vitamins in, tea waiting on me as well as another bottle of water.  Will grab a big bottle for the flight home.

Exercise:  Up and down stairs off and on all day, traipsing through the airport and just getting through the day!

1 year and 5 days later I FINALLY hit my 100lb goal with my band!!!!   Any weight loss from here on out is truly icing on the cake!!!  I'm still 18lbs away from my healthy BMI goal but this is a big milestone for me today!!!!

Challenges today as we are having a luncheon at work as the students dismiss at noon.  I'm not even sure what we ordered!  The last few years it has been catfish and hushpuppies.... maybe I should pack a lunch just incase???

Have a great day everyone!

Thanks Lorelei!  Even though I had lost 30lbs pre op it was really important to make my 100 with the band!  I feel like a huge weight (no pun intended) has been lifted off my shoulders.  I made this goal a year ago and I finally made it!
