Good Morning Alissa,

Prayers for Bryan and all who need them.  My quote is in my signature line.  Have a great day.

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Just a quick stop to say hello, good morning and have a great day!  Travel day for me, so hoping the weather and air traffic are cooperative.

My favorite quote is from Nike, "Just do it!"  I can talk and plan the crap out of things when sometimes I just need to do it, so this speaks volumes to me.

Last day of school so my kiddos are in good spirits.  Everyone seems to have passed their classes and DS2 was allowed to attend graduation practice yesterday so I'm assuming this meant he passed all of his classes.  I'm sooooo relieved.  I was honestly very worried about him, not that the worry has stopped it's just one worry has now been replaced with another.  lol

I started a new training program this week and will now also be training women to complete the Dallas White Rock Half Marathon this December.  Notice I didn't say RUN?  They plan to power walk the whole 13 miles.  There is a 6 hour limit so they have way more than enough time.  If anyone wants some added motivation for their cardio regime, consider registering for the race.  Although it is in December, last year they met their capacity early and registration was closed so you can't wait till the last minute.  And paying now can be some added motivation to stick with your training program.  I plan to run it, I beliebe JennD will be running the half and our very own Dan will be running the full marathon.  I'd love to see some of your smiling faces on the course with me!!

"drink water, change your socks and drive one" that and "put on your big girl panties and deal with it"

ok this says way to much about my state of mind this morning - got kids up and k is gone, teen doing something, sitting here with latte (made iwth steamed milk so hopefully I don't dump) while tim and rach snuggle in and sleep in this morning - kid at sonic yesterday pointed out my registration was expired on the van so I will go do that today - cleaned out the last junk drawer, pulled everything out of the other drawers in the kitchen and cleaned them too - I am a control freak so when there are things beyond my control I WILL find things I can control - and thank God our dumpster gets emptyed every few days and is one of the few that doesn't normally get over full- hauled 6 at least big bags of stuff out yesterday and that was not the recycle or give away just trash  - Lord I am a pack rat sometimes

took my vits and had a littler of water - figure I wll eat sooner or latter - got some good sour dough bread from central market last night - might have that - need to go get fish and shirmp to have for lunch

late happy bday for chris and remind brian he is heading to a countdown for a much better healthyer life -

hope everyone has a good day - we will probably be at LL tomorrow  - please don't ask me how I am K?

peace

Mornin!

My favorite quote is "When aggravation exceeds recreation, sell the boat."  This applies to much more than water sports equipment, obviously.  It's one of my mantras.

Busy week.  I came home and asked DH, have we met?  At least he will be with me next week doing VBS.  It will be my son who I have to ask that next week.

Have a great day, yall!

Grace & Peace,

Jenn
