Get back to basics. Are you still measuring your portions? Are you getting your minimum protein every day? Are you drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day? Are you exercising for at least 30 minutes every day? Maybe you've let something (s) slip. Take back control and it shuold get going again.
If you're doing all of that then maybe you just need to shake it up a bit. Most of us get in food ruts and tend to eat the same thing every day. Try having some new recipes, get a different shake...just a little change. Same goes for your exercise. If you've been walking the same route at the same speed for a period of time, you need to change something. Walk longer, walk faster, or pick a route with a couple of hills.
It will pass. Just hang in there and keep doing what you know works.

MESURE YOURSELF!!!!
with as much as u have lost i am willing to bet you are hanging shape and losing inches right now - keep up the basics -
protien first (65-80 oz is the normally recomended amount)
plenty of water or other very low cal drinks(2 litters is a minimum we are entering the texas summer crank it up to 3 - 4 litters)
take your vits every single day
and last but not least MOVE YOUR BODY - aim for a little more exersize each wek till you hit 60 mins 6 days most weeks
now take a deep breath - look at how far you have come and smile -according to your ticker you have lost 190 pounds - that is a normal sized man OR almost 4 giant bags of dog food OR 3 2nd graders
if you are still down do this - go to walmart ( or whereever slls dog food) pick up 4 50 pound bags one at the time n pile them in your cart - can u even push as much as you have lost?? and I can almost garuntee you wll fall over if some one piles those on your shoulders - and that is what YOU ARE NO LONGER CARRYING AROUND
