Decided - I decided to have WLS almost 4 yrs ago.
Delighted - I am pretty delighted with my WL results.
Do-able - This lifestyle is very do-able for just about anyone.
Determined - I am so determined to keep the weight off and not gain much back.
Defensive - I become extemely defensive when people start putting down WLS when they have no clue what it is all about.
