Can't drink milk but cheese is just fine. I can cook with Mootopia but I can't drink a glass of it straight- get sick. Actually if its just a small quantity I've been able to bake muffins with regular milk in it. I think Paul might be onto something there with the cooking it versus cold.

This is my understanding of how milk works in your system.  Seems to make sense to me cause it's how my body works with milk.

As you drink milk or have milk products, the lactic acid builds up in your system.  The more you have, the more it builds up in your system so the more severe your body will react if you drink too much too soon after having had a milk product.  I find this is true for me.  If I only have a milk product occasionally, it doesn't bother as bad.  If I have it 2 days in a row, you better watch out.  This is what I was told by my bariatric nurse and it does hold true for me.  Cheese and yogurts don't seem to cause as much issue, but milk sure does.

Milk products are fine for me.
As for milk, sometimes yes, sometimes no.  1% is usually ok, and I'd rather drink water than skim milk.
