Jumpstart June Wednesday
Hey all you lurkers...jump on in here w/ us this morning for accountability.
Had a totaly sucky day yesterday, but stayed on track and at least maintained. That's good!
Plan for today:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
tuna/crackers for lunch
probably tamales w/ chili and cheese for dinner, maybe something else if Ben decides to come up w/ something on his own since he has the whole day at home
Fruit for snack

Hi Karla & Jumstart June Participants,
I had a small piece of cornbread and fresh peas yesterday. It was soooo yummy! I hope to stay focused today. I told my Mom not to call me for the next two weeks to invite me to dinner anymore LOL!

Today's plan:
Breakfast - 1/2 sausage/cheese croissant
Lunch - Turkey and Cheese rollups with Cheddar Pumpkin crackers
Dinner - Peanut Butter on graham crackers most likely
Snacks on hand - cheese sticks, SF pudding
One bottle of water down, 2 staring at me and 12 ozs of decaf tea in the mug.
It is a great day!
Need to get back to that...
but eating leftover pork ribs for breakfast right now
had a dry waffle (bad choice)
Making a roast for dinner
Not sure about lunch or snacks
but have been getting in a LOT of water lately so that's good...
Here's hoping the "bored -snack- carb monster" leaves me alone today~~~
I had a bad day yesterday. I was bored and seemed to graze way too much. My meals were pretty good choices (protein drink, ham and cheese, hamburger meat/gravy, corn on the cob) but my "in-betweens" involved a lot of licorice and a couple of snack size hershey bars and some nuts, fruit...you get the picture. Way too much snacking.
Out of 5 goals, I met 2 yesterday. I'm headed to the grocery store to buy some better snacks for me. Clay's bowling tonight so I'm on my own for dinner. I have a leftover grilled chicken breast so that and a salad sounds good to me.

Yesterday I was nauseated every time I ate. I think it is just the new medicine. I ate toast most of the day. Just had a bite here and there yesterday, no real meals. Scale is still down. Started out this morning with an egg. Will see how it goes.
Today's plan:
Breakfast-1 egg and 1 toast
Lunch-1/2 cup of cottage cheese and 1 cup ofcantalope
Dinner- going out to eat mexican food.
