Tuesday WLS express

GOOD MORNING. I hear the rumbles of thunder so I'd best get the train going so noone gets wet!

When its rainy outside, I just want to go back to bed. I don't know if its started raining yet, but I cetrtainly hear the thunder. I don't like driving in the rain.
we went to World Market yesterday and Bryan got some sugar free vanilla flavoring to add to his protein shakes-hoping that will help them to taste better. He wanted SF Chocolate but they didn't have any small bottles of it for him to try. I love looking around there-so much neat stuff!
Tomorrow is Chris's birthday and the last day of school! And Bryan's last day of food-then its liquids. I'll be glad to not pack any lunches this summer! Chris is going on a field trip today in Dallas.
Last night at dinner Chris told me they had to write about their hero, and he said most kids wrote about super heros but he wrote about me because I am his hero. What a sweet boy! Good timing that kid has too.

ALISSA-I can udually find limited variety of SF syrups at WalMart, but they DO come in the smaller bottles. Starbucks will sell theirs, but I have only seen the larger bottles (but doesn't mean anothe SBX won't have smaller ones!). I used to get the DaVinci syrups online from their site-lots of variety there, and, best I recall, their shipping prices were fair.

The chocolate is actually my least favorite.  Try the sugar free hershey's syrup from the grocery store...with the ice cream toppings.  It tastes much better in shakes than the Torini.  I love the other flavors....just not chocolate.

Obviously he hasn't found the right protein for HIM cuz my chocolate one is very yummy.  I've never had one person not like it.  I'd be happy to give you a sample if I ever see you.  Mine is Max protein from GNC but only certain ones carry it.  You might want to check close to you.  If you find it, buy it and he doesn't like it, I'll buy it from you so he doesn't lose any money.  How's that for a deal?

He doesn't get a choice for the next 3 weeks- Optifast shakes are all he can have. Then after surgery we'll work on finding protein for him.

I will have a busy day with all of my month/fiscal year end reporting.  I hope everyone has a beautiful and productive day.

Alissa, Wow, Rain would be good now.  The lakes are still too low!  And I love the rain so it's not a problem for me!! 

My sunburn is easing some, thank goodness!  It's still pretty bad right on the back of my neck, but at least I slept last night.  I don't know why, but my poodle is getting down in the middle of the night, but he's ending up on my sisters bed instead of mine!  Weird!  But it's ok, he's not waking me up to get back up on the bed!

Hmmmmmmmm... I don't know what to write about.  Guess I'll get in the shower and get to work!  Ya'll have a great one!! Love ya!

Laura...sounds weird, but Preparation H (or generic) helps the sunburn...it shrinks the swollen sunburned tissue!

I have used it on my son a lot when he blisters and it always makes it feel better...more so thatn the other things on the market out there.

well thank the lord i finally got around to readin the train for today coz this white girls burns to a crisp even with sunblock! I will definately keep this in mind! Thanks lady!!!
