Jumpstart June Monday
Helpful hint for those of you trying to get in your water. I have a standing rule- No water, no food. Meaning- before I eat everytime I drink a glass of cold water. Not only do I get my water in but by working the water into my lunch hour I am not the first one to finish eating. I had to develop this habit bc I used to be a big eat and drinker. So, now that we don't eat and drink anymore at the same time I do my drinking before to let my mind know it doesn't need water when I am eating. Good Luck
Most docs recommend not drinking for 30 minutes BEFORE or AFTER meals but if your docs says it's OK then go for it. Another system I've found is to fill 6 bottles with water and put them in the refridge each night. They must be gone before bedtime the next night so you can refill them again.
