Multi-Vitamin Question

For those of you who take the BA or Flintstones multi-vitamins - I have a question.

I was comparing the vitamin contents to my liquid multi I take every morning and noticed the serving size on the BA was 2 tablets and adult dosage on the Flintstones was also 2.

For those who take them morning and evenings - do you take 2 in the morning and 2 at night?  Or do you just split up the dosage into one pill in the morning and one in the evening?

I am trying to figure out if I am getting enough with my one dose of liquid in the mornings - it is equivalent to 2 BA multi tablets.

I chew two of the chewable B.A. ADEK multivits (DS version) in the a.m. and another two at p.m.

I used to also chew another pair at lunch, but found that put my Vit. A. levels over the top ..

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "

Since a dose is "2 pills" I take two at the same time.  It's just like taking Tylenol for a headache, you wouldn't take one now and one later when the dose says take two pills.  I would say you are fine to only take yours once a day.

PS.  I got your email about the socks and I'm thrilled.  Just need to find a measuring tape.
