May Motivation Sunday
Wow where did May go so quickly?
*Starting weight 164.4. Goal for May will be to reach my surgeon's goal of 160. Ten months out and be at goal? HECK YEAH!! Weighed in this morning at 162.2, so didn't quite make my May goal, but will keep trudging along until I do.
*Exercise minimum of 3 times per week. Walking, recorded program ..... just something that has me moving. I didn't do this one exactly - I did a lot of hospital pacing, funeral attending and started traveling again. Just found out the apartment complex we're staying at has a fitness center, so I'll be checking it out this week.
*Stick with getting 64-80 ozs of water EVERY day. I've done well with the amount - but slipping back into drinking more tea than water.
*Post on this topic each day to keep myself in check. (Exemption 5/15-5/17 due to RYD Obesity Conference in Galveston) Didn't do this everyday - life really got in the way this month.
*And the BIGGIE - quit smoking. I have not been able to accomplish this on my own. I have a dr appt. on Friday and will be requesting a prescription for Chantix. Sometimes we just have to admit we need help, a tool, much like our WLS, right?
