This would be great if I was in maintenance mode, but I've got at least 28 more lbs to lose. I am working on a plan to break the plateau first step work out 3 times a week. I signed up for a 8 week class at the gym that meets mon, wed, and fri so I'm well on my way. Today was the first day and I burned 560 calories in an hour. Second part of the plan eat better. Quit making excuses and just eat right, and be accountable for what I eat by entering into www.myfooddiary.com
