Kid Friendly Recipe
Good Afternoon All,
I have been meaning to post this recipe for about a week~I tried it the first time a couple of months ago and my kiddos love them....Normally I will make these nuggetts on a fast pace kinda night...LOL
Baked Chicken Nuggetts
10-12 Chicken Tenderloins (usually a bag for our family)
1/2 -1 stick butter (use can use what ever you use for butter)
1 cup or so of Plain Bread Crumbs
1 cup or so of Parmeasan Cheese (I use a combo of Italian Cheeses by Kraft in the refridgerator dept)
Melt butter and place in dredge bowl, Mix the bread crumbs and cheese together.
Dredge the chicken in the butter and then coat with the bread and cheese mixture then lay on your baking dish or pan or bar pan
Bake them at 350 for about 30-40 minutes, then broil for 5 mins or until top is brown and crispy.
Let cool and serve....the chicken is very moist (I was surprised) and the kids and hubby loves them...
I serve with some sort of green veggie or salad...
The chicken is GREAT the next day, chopped up cold in a salad...
Enjoy!

This sounds good Mel. I make one similar to this using chicken tenderloins or whole bonesless breasts. I take about a cup of lf mayo and mix 3/4 c parmesan cheese (not green can...use refrigerated kind in plastic container) and spread fairly thick w/ spoon on one side of breast. cover with Italian bread crumbs...flip over and spread on other side, then coat with bread crumbs...bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes. It's super moist and tastes so good.
