Good Morning My TMB Family,

I can not believe it is 5:30 on a Saturday morning and I am up.  Actually tossed and turned since about 3:00.  Had terriable pain in my right shoulder that woke me up.  Oh well I am up now, vits are in and working on my 1st cup of coffee.  No word yet on the house on base but will happen in God's time I am sure.  Doc put me on a new medication yesterday for my lower back and hip pain.  It is Ultram.  Anyone familur with it?  I took a half last night but guess that is not enough.  Today I have my golf lesson, and the soccer most of the rest of the day I guess.  Trying to decide if I want to take tomorrow off from church and ss and stay home and work on the house.  With boxes everywhere it looks like a tournado ran through it.  Guess we will see what tomorrow brings.Prayers for all those in need this morning, but especially Deb, and those that are suffering or healing from surgery.  Have a blessed day whatever you decide to do.  LOve you guys.  Michelle

As Liz said, Ultram works pretty good.  I have to use it to combat a headache as Tylenol does nothing for me.  As long as I get it down before the headache gets out of control, then it generally works well.  Anytime I take it, I use two at a time.  Generally the pharmacist said two every six hours is what is recommended, unless of course someone's doc says otherwise!

i know i dont post here much.... today i have been on the couch all day in my robe and now just realized its 6:41 pm and i havent done anything today or even had coffee today....

this coughing is keeping me up all night long even on my ambien along with nyquil...this really sucks big time...

michelle i have taken ultram but i am allergic to it i break out with a rash if i take it...that and vicodin....

we are up way too early for a sat! lol. of course you know me, i slept a whole 2 hours! woohoo lol.  im way past sick of this and hope to get answers soon.  I take the generic form of Ultram on occasion when i have headaches but still have to work. I usually take 2 at onset then 1.  i find it works pretty as as far as non narcotic pain relief goes.  Try taking a whole one next time. 
I have some errands to run today then heading back to houston. Of course no one is open this early lol.

I'm so glad the sun is shining today.  I've been itching to do some yard work and soak up some Vitamin D rays.  As soon as I'm done at the gym I'm headed home to play in the mud.  We've got a big ol pile of rough flagstone rocks to build a retaining wall to hold up our back fence.  Whoever engineered the dirt work in our back yard did a terrible job, but that's ok becuase now I get to design it.  If we have extra I'm also making a path in the front year.  At first DH didn't care for the idea, but once he realized we'd have less to mow he was all over it and even offered to order more stones.  Oh yeah, babe!  That's my man.  Anything that makes less work!  LOL  Today is perfect since he'll be out of the house most of the day I can do it and not have interruptions form him on how I could do it better.  My theory is you only get to contribute ideas if you're digging the dirt and moving the rocks.  Otherwise, stand back cause mama's got her groove on! 

Good Morning OH Family!

I can't believe I'm up this early without grandbabies. I tried to sleep in,but just couldn't. I ended up not going to mom's on Wed. I think all the events in the past 6 months just caught up with me and I had to take a couple of days and just crashed. I hated to but realized I needed to start taking an antidepressant. So I started on Cymbalta. I've never had to take one before. It makes me a little sleepy when I first take it, but they say that will get better. The plan today is going to go eat breakfast at IKEA and than go to Sprouts. Rick has never been to either one of them. Looks like it's going to be a beautiful day! Terry T have fun at your grad party! Continued prayers for our Debra for healing.

thank you ms lynnette.... i am here on the couch all day today.... still in my robe...and its a beautiful day outside...i havent even gone to starbucks yet....lol...you know i am not feeling too good its OH **** 6:30 pm and i have not had coffee yet.....

 I know it's hard to do, but your just going to have to take the time to get well. That's why I took a couple of days and just to be "still" so take this time and be still and get well.

Mornin yall!

I slept til 7ish when hubby's alarm went off.  We have Goddaughter this weekend, and it's Rock Bandapalooza!! 

Very excited to get to go play with my church's kids today.  I teach Caravan's 3rd & 4th graders, and our end of year party is today at Pump It Up.  WooHoo!  I can't wait to play!! 

Prayers going up for all who need them, especially Debra!
