Hey guys, this in my opinion is a GREAT buy! High protein without the HIGH fat! I bought it at the BROOKSHIRE's grocery store. Great taste, too!!!

Paul, I just found this stuff at the Brookshire's today and paid 2/$5. I wanted to try the HABANERO flavor, but was not sure if I would like the taste of the cheese, but almostly loved it when I ate the "sharp cheddar" flavor. I haven't seen this cheese before today. I will definitely check it out at the walmart- always looking for the best buys. I'm slowly finding out RNY steals!!
I'm definitely going to be buying more of this cheese though and definitely will grate a block to top my baby spinach/salads.
