Not QOTD but let's play - Most Amazing Wow Moment
I had dropped about 60 pounds and he hadn't seen me since the first 20 or so and he walked into the break kitchen and saw me and his eyes popped out and he said "DAMN"! Then he got a real pissed off look on his face and turned around and left without a word. I laughed all the way back to my office. I was thin when we married and he had ragged on me for years about my weight.

mine is similar to yours in that it involved my CLUELESS Ex hubby.
I get I was about a year out and I was doing the usual "meet in the middle to make the kid exchange'.. Now I was adament that he did NOT know that I had this surgery. He knew i had surgery but not what type. I'm thinking he figured it was a hysterectomy if he even knew what that was.. ANYWAY
I am standing beside the car and he is sitting in his and he asks me . "are you sick? are you dying? you have lost so much weight and you are too thin. What is wrong with you?"
My response. .. "well, sometimes when you lose a very heavy burden in your life, it's amazing what you can accomplish!". He nods 'ahhh'.. then realizes what BURDEN I was referring and just shakes his head and drives off.
I loved it too when his "then wife" would prance into church UNTIL I got skinnier than her. After that she never came to church again if I was there. Tacky on my part I know.. but Hey, we take what we can get.
