Support Meetings in Schertz/New Braunfels/San Antonio?
We are curently stationed in Japan and I'm dealing with weight gain (I'm 3 years out). There are no support groups on my base (Atsugi) at all for any type of weightloss or eating problems.
Two weeks ago, while in San Antonio for my grandfather's funeral, hubby and I finally signed a contract to build a new home in Schertz/Cibolo, TX. I'll be coming back for closing sometimes in September and October for about 4 months (setting up the house for our oldest to move in and care for it while we finish our overseas duty).
I would really love to get involved with a support group (or two) while visiting. Are there any in New Braunfels, Schertz, or close to Northeast/North San Antonio? Maybe even one at Fort Sam Houston?

Look for Becky Hagens or "Cruise Director Julie" aka Jennifer - they are in the general vacinity and could probably give you some tips on the face-to-face support groups in that area.
Also, look for various events posted here on the TMB - we usually have something cooking where a bunch of us plan get togethers
