May Motivation Friday

Ate a few too many carbs yesterday afternoon/evening.  It sure seems hard to keep the carb monster from attacking some days!

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
lunch with our LIFE class at school
dinner: probably nachos or leftovers...going to a football game to watch my niece cheer

eggs
snack of spagettie/veggie sauce
shrimp stir fry - or cream of tomatoe with cheese
deviled eggs with apples
olive garden

not sure how much exersize in today since yesterday was a LONG walk
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

I did pretty good overall yesterday, I really wasn't hungry so no grazing although I did eat popcorn at the baseball game, it just smells so good and is so tempting.

Today I'm going off my plan some for lunch, I know it isn't good a good thing and I'll limit how much I eat.  I know better than to not bring lunch or prepare anything.
