A Really should watch tonight at 11.. Discovery health channel -.. bypass regains = UPDATE

UPDATE:  This will be on again at 11pm CST and on Sunday at noon. 

  Debra and I watched it while yahooing.. it's certainly worth seeing at least once. 

The psychology behind the eating is emphasized highly along with compliance. 

The other very good segment is with Dr. OZ , the guru that used to be on Oprah.  He advocates the surgery but with the guidelines set out by the doctor and ALWAYS supplementing with vitamins.. for LIFE.

so it's hosted by Bob Greene and it's brand new..  Don't know much about it but they just intro a couple both that had bypass and now have regained..   should be interesting

great show going to email dr oz and OH maybe we can get him to Dallas.....

I think that is excellent.. My PCP had the surgery and first told me about it .. and she knows NOTHING about OH.  I try to tell her, but I"m going to leave her a magazine when I go back in July and tell her about the conference.
