I have my Madeline Grace.  When we adopted her as a bitty bitty baby we were told she was dachshund with a bit of "something".  Fence jumper I guess.. Well we think that she is beagle with dachshund now.  when we got her we said we need a German name because dachshund are german dogs.. Well Emma thought of  that "German' girl Madeline.. Germany via France?  lol

The Grace was from the second child we never had.  Emm only calls her Grace Grace when it's bed time and Madeline knows exactly what to do.  funny thing is before every sermon the pastor says.. 'GRACE and peace be unto you from God our Father....." and I have to giggle.. Anyway, here is my baby

She was my new years eve date and we worked a mean jigsaw together!

Fun post!!  I'm In!  Dog folks here!

We have 4 pups that we refer to as the QuadSquad. They are our children.

First are the MinPin twins (littermates).  Their names are Duke and Duchess.  Duke is known as The Dukinator, Bubba, big boy, or dukie, depending on behavior.  Duchess is Duchie, or Sargent Duchie, as she has hierarchy issues & wants to fuss (run over & make a short growl) at the others when they misbehave.

The next 2 are Pomeranians, born 1 week apart, but not blood related.

The oldest ones name is Princess Jasmine, we call her Jazzie, Jazibell, or Blondie. She is over-sized beautiful, and a blond hair factory.  She has issues, but we love her just the same.  A friend named her after the Disney character, in keeping with the royal name theme.

The 'baby' is Princess GingerSnap. We call her Snap, Snap-apple, and because she looks like she waddles when she has a full winter coat, our Godson said she walks like an armadillo, she got "Snap-a-dilla" as another nick name. That led to Dilla as another name.

She is 5 pounds of the cutest thing Hubby or I have ever seen. She's my avatar pic, and a heart thief.  She looks like a stuffed animal come to life. She's the only one of the 4 who fetches (a tiny tennis ball).  When she barks, she points her head up and sounds like she's far away (very low volume), even though she could be right in front of you!   Hilarious!!!

Pics of them are in my profile.

Open RNY/GB removal/appendectomy4/99; -132lbs; Re-gained 40lbs by '09; Now w/in 20lbs of goal/low wt

Louie- 4 1/2 years old, long grey haired cat, was supposed to be a short haired girl so it was Lucy until we noticed boy parts..... I call him Lou-Lou, Woowee, Mama's Kitty, Mama's Baby, Meow Meow, Louis, Lucifer.....many more
He is my love and constant companion since my husband works offshore.

P.S. I added a photo of him to my album

Oh this is really fun, and after seeing everyone else's list I don't feel like such a weirdo!!!

Rosey Posey - oldest girlie pug (7) - poor old girl is crippled now and can only walk when the weather is warm, but still smiles at us and wiggles when we are near!

Princess Maybel - aka MayMay (4) - This is Rosey's daughter from her first litter.  We called her Leach at first because she was such a little piggie as a puppy!  So adorable I begged to keep her.

Harley Shakespeare - my youngest's little black pug (3) - he was a rescue doggie and has luxating patellas, but is the cutest, sweetest little guy on the planet and the calmest pug I've ever seen.

Carmello Mongolian - Mel - my oldest daughter's Brussels Griffon - He was so hyper and with my daughter and her hubby both in school and this being their 3rd dog, we now have him at our house.  UGH!  He still hasn't settled down and 1 week before he was neutered he mated with my sweet MayMay! Double UGH!!

9 sweet Brug puppies - this litter is now nearly 4 weeks old.  They look like fuzzy pugs!  They are very, very cute.  Anyone want a puppy???

Houdini Bunny-Bunny - our little rescue rabbit - he was found wandering a neighborhood near us.  Apparently, the owners divorced and this little guy kept escaping and the last time he escaped they just didn't bother looking for him.  He must love our house, 'cause he hasn't escaped once!

Patches and Mandy - 2 of the sweetest little guinea pigs on the planet

Lucy - Robovorski hamster - sooooooo cute!

Kermit - red eared slider turtle

Oliver - leather back turtle that my hubby found

Spot the Amazing Catfish - catfish that my hubby caught as a little bitty baby and has trained to come when he is whistled at!  I kid you not!  My hubby is funny that way!

We just lost our Dottie Lynn Elizabeth.  She was a Barred Plymouth Rock Hen.  She was 7 years old.  Some cat in the neighborhood finally found its way into our yard and worried the poor old girl to death.

Other than the 3 humans living in our house, that's about it!

I have 4 dogs, 2 were rescues.

The first is a Pekipom named Gizmo.  He is all black with white patch on chest.  Looks more Pom than Pekingnese.

Second is Blossom- She is a Mini Dapple Dachshund.

Then comes BoogieBear- He is a Mini Black and Tan Dachshund.  He was my first rescue.

Then came Jack-  He is a Chocolate Tuxedo Piebald Dachshund.  He was my last rescue.

They are all spoiled rotten and dearly loved.
I worry about Jack when I go into the hospital.  He has separation anxiety.  When I leave to go to town, he gathers up my shoes, clothes, and anything that smells like me, and puts them in his bed until I come home.  His last mom hated him because he likes to get in your lap and snuggle.  She hated that about him.

Then my son moved back home recently, and he has an American Staffordshire Terrier.  Rocky is only 4 months old and already weighs 35lbs.  He is going to be huge.

So, most of the time we have 5 dogs here.

Talk about a zoo.

Yeah another PUG fanatatic on board.  Are they the greatest dogs or what?  I swear that's why the terrier and the cat both think they're dogs, cuz they WANT to be pugs!!  Both of my males are now deaf so it makes life interesting.  The female can hear perfectly especially the word "treat".

We love our pugs!!!  I simply can't imagine life without them!  We lost Lily late last year, she was 15 when she died.  She was our first and what made us crazy about pugs in the first place.

My puggies respond to cookie!  It is fun to watch their little heads **** back and forth when we say rookie, wookie, tookie and finally cookie!  Then the noise and motion begins! :)
