May Motivation Wednesday

Yeah...it's hump day already in this work week!

Yesterday was a little too many carbs for me...today should be better.

Today's plans:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
have to pick out lunch
have to pick out supper

I'm thinking this doesn't look like the best of plans, but had a late night last night and I'm tired. 

What's your plan (hopefully it's better than mine)

Good morning!!!   My weight is holding steady today and I'm on Day 5 of my plan... but I'm ready for some food!!!   Tonight I will be hosting a retirement party for a coworker so temptation will be everywhere!!!!   Hopefully I will be too busy to think about the food!!!

Well, yesterday was good til late last night.  I bought the boys some Oreos and I ate some too.  Not good but it's done with, I'm not dwelling on it.  Otherwise it was a good day.

Still doing well with my vitamins, haven't missed ANY.  I need to work on water today and make sure I grab my shake before I run out the door.  We have a baseball game tonight if it isn't raining, I may eat a little popcorn, then maybe not I'll see how that goes later today.

I added more healthy carbs - whole grains and fruits and veggies back into my diet nad movec a little more yesterday and low and behold my weight dropped right back to it's perfect comfot spot LOL

todays plan
shake
sandwich

no clue for lunch
pumpkin saug soup for snack
left overs for dinner
shake before bed

did get all my vits in yesterday and tracked down b complex subliquals - they are not cheap but I am worth it - so tim keeps saying

do you ever have days when you feel fat even if the scale has not moved up?  for some reason that was me yesterday.  Weird because I don't usually do that.  Maybe I was just off kilter.

I did okay food wise yesterday but since I had that "fat feeling"  I think I'll try a couple of days on liquids.  I think I'll do 4 protein drinks and water today.  Maybe my edema is worse today.  Its hard to tell.  Its always there is some degree since I got this dang clot.

Of course my plan includes all my vitamins.

Yes I do...feel "bloated" and then scale will be same or down...doesn't make much sense!

Started back with my trainer yesterday - leg day, fun day as he calls it...  MAN am I sore today!!!!

Anyhoo - good food choices today;

B-Oatmeal
S-Banana
L-Grilled chicken over lettuce with cheese, salsa and avocado
S-Protein Shake
D-??  Probably grilled fish, but haven't decided yet

Weight still dropping and 7 lbs. from goal; less than 3 weeks to vacation

yesterday was hard, but I managed. 

fruit for breakfast,  a few bowls of my veggie soup and then a power crunch late night.

I did catch myself insatiably hungry about 7 and was out and about.  Did get a sausage/cheese Jack links thing and that held me over.

Tonight I am going to get a rotisseire chicken and protein up some more.

Scale is slowing edging down but not near enough.. Keeping at it!

Too many carbs today but quantity of food will be good...I skipped breakfast and met Clay for lunch at Olive Garden.  Had 2 bowls of salad and 2 breadsticks.  Having leftover pork loin nd mashed potatoes for dinner.  Will have watermelon for snack tonight.  I'm back to being "smack in the middle" of my 5 lb range.  Prefer to be on the low end but I'll take it.

So far my day has been good, not much of an appetite today but still trying to eat something;

1 cup coffee with splenda and creamer
B~4oz of blueberry yogurt
L~LC fish and pasta and veggies, I did not eat all of it
D~I have a GS Leaders dinner tonight so not sure what we are having
I have had tons of water, my vits and meds are in
getting ready to go to Costcos for PTO...giving the kids WATER for field day rather than those damn juice boxes....LOL  

Enjoy your day, it is beautiful outside this afternoon
