**** Does A Dry ** IRON ** Capsule Exists ****
Remind me again when you had surgery. www.vitalady.com has an iron called Tender Iron that can be swallowed or chewed. I have no problem swallowing vitamins, started at about 6 weeks out with no problem; some post-ops can't do it that early.
The Tender Iron doesn't taste to bad when chewed, I tried it just to see how it tasted. Yuck on liquid iron and it stains your teeth if you aren't careful.

The first bottle of Tender Iron I had tasted pretty good when chewed, so I always chewed mine, figuring it would help absorb better.
The second bottle I got from vitalady had a funny taste - a plastic-y after-taste and smell. I emailed her and they switched suppliers. I am not going to re-order them again when this bottle is gone. In fact, I already ordered some of the poly-iron to try.

I think I remember someone else mentioning the taste had changed, since I don't like any vitamin chewable, except my Vitamin C that taste like sweet tarts I had forgotten. I'm really liking the poly iron and the fact I'm taking 1 per day instead of 8-10 a day. I do tend to take them more regularly. In fact I need to do that now and get to bed.
Back to work tomorrow :(.
