Flintstone Chewable (use last column and double)
The top one is Bariatric Advantage Chewable Multivitamins,  The bottom one is Flinstones Chewables.  The dosage for the Flintstones is 2 tablets for adults so you need to DOUBLE what is says in the LAST column.  The major difference I see is the Flinstones are missing some trace minerals that the BA has.  It is also lower on a few values but if you took 3 a day it would be MORE than the BA.  Just  thought everyone might want to compare for themselves as it's a financial consideration for some.

looks like if you amp up the b-12 (big difference there) and iron, you are set.  I do as Gina and take the Centrum (CVS generic) chewables with my iron supplement and b-12 shots.

occasionally I will buy the Optisource bariatric vitamins from Walgreens but at $27 a bottle and still having to use the correct calcium, it isn't often.

I've been taking 2 Flintstone Chewables daily for 2 years and so far have had perfect labs.  I just ran out 2 days ago so I switched to Centrum after hearing all the hype at the conference.  So today I decided to do this comparison.  I'm with you, I don't see a lot of difference except for in the B-12 and Iron but everyone takes supplemental ones of those anyway.  When I get home I'm going to compare my NEW generic Centrums to the BA and see which is better.  I might just end up taking 3 flintstones instead.

yea, my chewable Centrum seem to serve me well-and I even LIKE the taste! I do 2 a day, spaced out. I "spurge" on Tender Iron and BA Calcium Citrate longenzes (get both from vitalady), but otherwise everything comes from walMart, walgreens, etc-whomever is having a sale (except for multidose B12 vials doc gives me). Vitamins can get pricey...but can you REALLY put a price on health and sanity?

Thanks for posting this STeph !!    I got myself OFF Of the Flinstones after the Nov OH conference and the bottle ran out..............................I am NOW treating myself (because I deserve the correct ones) and this is MY LIFE JOURNEY NOW...to the BA one's.....the multiples.   I go in 1x a time for a b12 shot and this month - I took a b-12 with a combo complex B vit shot and I have had much more energy...but usually the b12 doesnt effect me anymore.............It use too in my early out days.........................

Okay this is the OptiSource.   I think I saw it on Amazon for real cheap.  Gonna check it out.  The weird thing is, the calcium is cabonate and not citrate.

It better be cheap- the dosage is 4 pills a day!!  I would never remember to take pills 4 different times a day with food!!

It's $27 a bottle and a bottle lasts a month.  How much is the Bariatric Advantage?  I thinkin I'll stick with the Centrum/CVS/HEB generic and take 2 or 3 a day.  Still cheaper.

I take the Centrum generic also and probably will continue to due to cost.  Although, I wish I could find something specific to us that would allow me to cut down in the number I take per day.  I recently counted them and when I take everything and don't skip I'm swallowing 24 vitamins a day.  Before I switched my iron from Tender Iron to Polycarbonate 150 I was taking 32 per day, it does get challenging sometimes to swallow so much.

I paid for a 3 month supply of :

Coromega                                       34.99             1 x daily
BA sublingual B-12                       17.95              1 x daily
BA Multi vitamins                            36.95              2 x daily
BA Iron                                              21.95              1 x daily
BA Calcium Citrate                        39.95               3 x daily

                                       total            151.79

These are what my nutritionist advised me to take.  I got free shipping by setting up a 3 month reship also.
To me, if it keeps me healthy, I don't care what it costs, but I thought this was rather cheap compared to other sources I checked out.
