Increase Calories without Carbs Suggestions?

Try deli meat rolls with cheese.  I eat a wrap each day, but you can drop the wrap if you are avoiding carbs all together but the net carbs (after fiber) is 1.5.  Not bad, really.   Way better than pitas or other flat breads that I have found. I love deli meats!!!!

Boar's Head Ovengold Turkey Breast, 1 oz 30 1 1 6 Remove
Boar's Head Black Forest Ham, 1 oz 30 1 1 5 Remove
Lunch TOTALS: 135 6 7 17
