Seems like Monday to me!  Thanks heavens it's a 4 day work week.

How did you do this weekend?

I had the munchies last night.  Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
chicken fettucine at lunch
chicken fried steak at banquet tonight

What's your plan?

Okay...June is just around the corner...did we decide on Jumpstart June?  Throw any other ideas out there.

Good morning Karla!   Yesterday was day 1 of liquids..... I will be glad when tomorrow is over and I can start adding in some soft protein.  Today is day 4 and so far I'm down 3lbs!!!  I don't know if I will stick with it through the whole 14 days or not... but at least until the weekend.

Jumpstart June sounds good to me.... too early for my brain to come up with anything else!!!

Karla, I like Jumpstart June, it's exactly what I need.  I started reading the Beck Diet Solution book and I can already see how it will help me.  I'm looking forward to using the tools to deal with self sabotage and emotional eating. 

Yesterday was much better than Saturday, being able to control what's available makes me happy :).  Scale was down another 1 1/2 this morning, I said I wouldn't weigh but I did, oops.  I have a copy of Paige's plan that I'm probably going to be doing soon.  I just seem to do allot better with a "plan" of some sort.  I always have been that type of person, guess it's just me.

did ok yesterday - some emotional eating but not to bad

today
smoked chicken sandwich
shake
roast and cheese and apple
no clue for lunch whatever tim brings me
cottage cheese with fruit for snack
something iwth smoked chicken and cheese LOL
shake

alread hit the weights and abs this morning so far so good
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

morning karla,

Gonna post before I even get to work.  I need some major accountability and it's starting today.

I have eaten everything in site for the past 10 days and the scale is showing it BIG time. I am disgusted.  So I have my fruit  and veggie reducing soup and i even made a protein shake.  I have to get this eating under control.  I also have not been taking all of my meds and I clearly see the hunger back full force.

So today is the day.  Meant to start yesterday, but go delayed eating and that means trouble.  I was so hungry I ate the first thing I found and that was spaghetti.

I will get this weight back off.  Top of my weight and haven't seen this since January... 158! damn.  IT will come off and i'm gonna need all the support I butt kicking I can get.

Okay since whining and complaining is NOT acceptable, I am jumpstarting JUNE a week early.. Woo hoo.

Well as I was expecting (hmmm, could be self fulfilling prophecy) I didn't track my intake this weekend.  I had a bunch of movie theater popcorn on Saturday when we went to see Star Trek, I knew I would so I just didn't track that day.  Sunday started off strong but after going out to lunch I kind of went off the deep end with protein bars and granola bars.  Monday I did eat a bunch of protein, but followed it up with a bunch of tortilla chips too. 

I didn't get on the scale today (still trying to just weigh once a month).  I'm pushing fluids and higher protein today.  Already did a shake and planned out, and logged my meals through the afternoon.  I have cottage cheese pancakes and bacon on the menu for dinner tonight, so if I can get past the early evening, late evening snacking desire I should have a good high protein day.

I'm also planning on going down to the gym for at least 20-30 min today.  Jeff wants to start doing some exercise too, so hopefully we can push each other to get down there regularly.

Well I had a major day of emotional eating yesterday.  Both my hubby and DD ticked me off plus with all the crap going on here I just pigged out yesterday.  Scale rewarded me with a 1.5 lb gain-no big surprise.

Clay cooked a brisket and pork loin yesterday so I have tons of protein left-overs.  Now to ditch the potato salad...I ate the majority of the junk in the house so that's gone too (not the way I should of gotten rid of it).

Today's a new day and I can only control it, not what happened in the past...onward and upward (oh, bad choice of words-not upward on the scale I hope, lol).

May has been a flat, flat month for me.  Hardly any loss but no gain.  I was hoping to see the 150's by the end of the month and saw (briefly) 160.4 a week ago so I thought I was going to make it, but the scale jumped back up to 161.6 where it has been for 3 weeks now.

I like Jumpstart June - I think that is exactly what I need.  My body has gotten comfortable where it is at and i need to shake it up a bit.  I will be on vacation for a week in Colorado, but we have lots of hiking planned so should be ok.  My brother-in-law has 2 Huskies that HAVE to be walked every day (Liz can relate) and they like a brisk pace so that will be fun, too.
