How did you do this weekend?
I had the munchies last night. Today's plan:
lots of liquids
at least 2 protein drinks
chicken fettucine at lunch
chicken fried steak at banquet tonight
What's your plan?
Okay...June is just around the corner...did we decide on Jumpstart June? Throw any other ideas out there.

At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
Yesterday was much better than Saturday, being able to control what's available makes me happy :). Scale was down another 1 1/2 this morning, I said I wouldn't weigh but I did, oops. I have a copy of Paige's plan that I'm probably going to be doing soon. I just seem to do allot better with a "plan" of some sort. I always have been that type of person, guess it's just me.

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
Gonna post before I even get to work. I need some major accountability and it's starting today.
I have eaten everything in site for the past 10 days and the scale is showing it BIG time. I am disgusted. So I have my fruit and veggie reducing soup and i even made a protein shake. I have to get this eating under control. I also have not been taking all of my meds and I clearly see the hunger back full force.
So today is the day. Meant to start yesterday, but go delayed eating and that means trouble. I was so hungry I ate the first thing I found and that was spaghetti.
I will get this weight back off. Top of my weight and haven't seen this since January... 158! damn. IT will come off and i'm gonna need all the support I butt kicking I can get.
Okay since whining and complaining is NOT acceptable, I am jumpstarting JUNE a week early.. Woo hoo.

I didn't get on the scale today (still trying to just weigh once a month). I'm pushing fluids and higher protein today. Already did a shake and planned out, and logged my meals through the afternoon. I have cottage cheese pancakes and bacon on the menu for dinner tonight, so if I can get past the early evening, late evening snacking desire I should have a good high protein day.
I'm also planning on going down to the gym for at least 20-30 min today. Jeff wants to start doing some exercise too, so hopefully we can push each other to get down there regularly.

Well I had a major day of emotional eating yesterday. Both my hubby and DD ticked me off plus with all the crap going on here I just pigged out yesterday. Scale rewarded me with a 1.5 lb gain-no big surprise.
Clay cooked a brisket and pork loin yesterday so I have tons of protein left-overs. Now to ditch the potato salad...I ate the majority of the junk in the house so that's gone too (not the way I should of gotten rid of it).
Today's a new day and I can only control it, not what happened in the past...onward and upward (oh, bad choice of words-not upward on the scale I hope, lol).

I like Jumpstart June - I think that is exactly what I need. My body has gotten comfortable where it is at and i need to shake it up a bit. I will be on vacation for a week in Colorado, but we have lots of hiking planned so should be ok. My brother-in-law has 2 Huskies that HAVE to be walked every day (Liz can relate) and they like a brisk pace so that will be fun, too.
